According to the Meteorological Department of Madhya Pradesh, due to the activation of Western Disturbance on Wednesday, there may be dense fog in the districts of Rewa and Chambal divisions and very dense fog at some places in Shivpuri, Gwalior, Datia, Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh and Niwari districts. . There is a possibility of cloud cover with drizzle and dense fog in the morning between 17 and 19 January. During this period, there may be a situation of cold wave and cold day. The weather may remain similar in the coming days also. The minimum temperature may increase after January 20.

According to the Meteorological Department of Madhya Pradesh, due to the effect of western disturbance, there is a possibility of drizzle along with cloud cover in the districts of Rewa, Gwalior, Bhind, Morena, Tikamgarh, Nimadi bordering Uttar Pradesh. There may be cloud cover in many districts of the state including Bhopal and Indore. At present a western disturbance is active, while cyclones are present in the upper part of the air over north-western Rajasthan and north-western Uttar Pradesh.
