Income tax commissioner raped a lady doctor in Nagpur, Nagpur: Police raped case against an income tax commissioner of income tax department in Nagpur district of Maharashtra (Maharashtra) Has entered Officials said on Sunday that a woman doctor has accused the Income Tax Commissioner of misdemeanor marriage and forcing her to have an abortion.
The 35-year-old accused is a resident of Income Tax Commissioner (Puducherry). A police officer quoted the complaint as saying that the accused came in contact with a female doctor working in a government hospital in Nagpur. He was residing in Nagpur since the year 2019 for training in the National Direct Taxes Academy.
According to the complaint, the accused went to the hospital for treatment one day, where he befriended the female doctor. Referring to the FIR, the officer said that when the woman doctor told that she was preparing for the administrative service examination, the accused gave her phone number to the woman doctor. After this, the accused made sexual relations with the woman by trusting her to marry him.
The accused Income Tax Commissioner raped the woman several times and also took objectionable pictures of her. When the woman became pregnant, the accused asked her to undergo an abortion. When asked for marriage, the accused also threatened to post pictures of the woman on social media.
A police officer told that a case of rape has been registered against the accused under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. So far no arrest has been made in this case and investigation is going on.
