The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT-Central Board of Direct Taxes) has given a big relief to the taxpayers on Tuesday evening. CBDT has extended the deadline for submitting Income Tax Form 15CA and 15CB to the authorized dealer. According to the Income Tax Act, 1961, both these forms are required to be filed electronically. Let us tell you that for any kind of foreign remittance, a copy has to be given to the Authorized Dealer. Prior to this, taxpayers are required to upload Form 15CA along with Chartered Accountant’s certificate in Form 15CB on the e-filing portal.

It has been told that the facility of uploading both the forms on the e-filing portal for generating the Document Identification Number will be given later.
