It has been said that the arrangements being made related to technical work to create a new ITR portal for e-filing of income tax are important in tax filing as well as a big step towards establishing a better system.
The idea behind IEC 3.0 for the convenience of income tax filing is to issue secure and user-friendly methods for the users. On October 8, 2024, it has been said that a new project IEC 3.0 (will replace the existing IEC 2.0 project) and the process of bringing it has been completed. IEC means the existing Integrated e-filing and Centralized Processing Center.
