Team India has to play a five-match Test series against Australia on its soil. Its schedule was officially released on 26 March. The first match of the Test series between India and Australia will start from 22nd November.
IND vs AUS Test Series Schedule: The Indian team has to tour Australia in the month of November this year. The Indian team has to play a five-match Test series on Australia tour, the schedule of which was officially released on March 26 (Tuesday). The first match of the Test series between India and Australia will be played in Perth from 22nd November.
After this, the second test match will be played between the two teams in Adelaide from 6th December. Adelaide Test match will be day-night. Then Brisbane’s Gaba ground will host the third Test between the two countries. The fourth Test match will start in Melbourne on Boxing Day (26 December), while the fifth Test match will be played in Sydney from 3 January.

If seen, this will be the first time since 1991-92, when a five-match Test series will be played in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The last time this happened, Australia had defeated India by a margin of 4-0. However, the Indian team has been dominant in the last 4 test series against Australia. The Indian team has defeated the Kangaroos in all the last four series. This also includes India’s two back-to-back Test series wins on Australian soil. India defeated Australia 2-1 on both occasions in 2018-19 and 2020-21.

If seen, before India, Pakistan team is also going to tour Australia. Its schedule has also been released. Pakistan team will play three ODI and three T20 matches against Australia in the month of November. The Indian women’s cricket team will also be on Australia tour, where it will have to play three ODI matches in the month of December.
