Indian Army Recruitment 2023: There is a golden opportunity for the youth dreaming of becoming an officer in the Indian Army. For this, Indian Army has invited applications for NCC Special Entry 55 course starting from April 2024. What is the educational qualification for Indian Army Bharti?
For NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders: Candidates must have a graduate degree from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks. Final year students are also allowed to apply provided they have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks in first two/three years of three/four degree courses respectively.
For Wards of Battle Casualties of Indian Army Personnel: Candidates must have Graduation from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks.
What is the age limit to apply
Candidates age limit should be between 19 to 25 years as on 1st January 2023 (born not earlier than 2nd January 1999 and not later than 1st January 2005).

Indian Army will be selected on this basis
Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defense (Army) reserves the right to shortlist the applications without assigning any reason. Only shortlisted eligible candidates will undergo SSB at Selection Centres, Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Bangalore (Karnataka) and Jalandhar (Punjab). Candidates will have to go through a two stage selection process. Those who clear the Stage I will move to Stage II. Those who fail in Stage I will be turned back on the same day. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in SSB interview.
