Considering the popularity of Vande Bharat, its numbers are being continuously increased. It is being said that before Diwali, Railways can start not one but 9 Vande Bharat trains.
Vande Bhart Express: Railways is very excited about Vande Bharat Express which is becoming popular across the country. In the coming days, Railways has a master plan to start more Vande Bharat trains in different states. It is being told that before Diwali, Railways is planning to start nine new Vande Bharat Express trains on different routes in the country. If media reports are to be believed, new Vande Bharat Express trains can be run in the Central Railway Division. However, the remaining routes of semi-high-speed trains are yet to be finalized.
Vande Bharat can run on these routes
Three routes have been proposed so far for better connectivity in the central region of the country – Mumbai to Jalna, Pune to Secunderabad, and Mumbai to Kolhapur. Six other routes are likely to be finalized soon, as the trains will have to undergo testing before they become formally operational.
Varanasi-Tatanagar Vande Bharat Express
While these nine Vande Bharat Express routes are yet to be announced and confirmed, Indian Railways is all set to launch the second semi-high-speed train from Varanasi. It will operate between Varanasi and Tatanagar with a rake of 8 coaches. The new Varanasi-Tatanagar Vande Bharat Express will stop at a total of 6 halt stations. These include Tatanagar Junction, Purulia Junction, Bokaro City, Gaya Junction, Pt. DD Upadhyay Junction and Varanasi Junction.
Talking about the timing of Varanasi-Tatanagar Vande Bharat Express, this train will leave from Tatanagar Junction at 6 am. It will reach Varanasi Junction at 1:50 pm. The 574 km long journey will be covered by the country’s fastest train in approximately 7 hours and 50 minutes. To return to Tatanagar, the train will depart from Varanasi Junction at 2:35 pm and reach its last stop at 10:00 pm. The passengers on this route are very excited about the new Vande Bharat.
