Railways has made changes in the operation of trains due to technical reasons. Chief Public Relations Officer of East Central Railway, Saraswati Chandra said that 12802 New Delhi-Puri Purushottam Express till 21 February, 22308 Bikaner-Howrah Express on 19 February and 12308 Bikaner-Howrah Express on 20 and 21 February, 12312 Kalka-Howrah Netaji Express till 21 February, 18310 Jammu Tawi-Sambalpur Express on 20 and 21 February, 18102 Jammu Tawi-Tata Express on 19 February, 12368 New Delhi-Bhagalpur Vikramshila Express till 21 February, 22466 Anand Vihar-Madhupur Express on 19 February, 19483 Ahmedabad-Barauni Express on 19 and 21 February, 19484 Barauni-Ahmedabad Express on 21 and 23 February, 22911a Indore-Howrah Express on 20 February and 20976 Agra Cantt-Howrah Chambal Express will remain cancelled on 20th February.

Here, 11061 Lokmanya Tilak-Jaynagar Express will run via Manikpur-Prayagraj Chheoki-Jeevanthpur-Varanasi-Jaunpur-Audihar till 28 February, 11062 Jaynagar-Lokmanya Tilak Express till 27 February, 11033 Pune-Darbhanga Express on 19 and 26 February, 11034 Darbhanga-Pune Express from 21 to 28 February.
15657 Delhi-Kamakhya Express will run via Kanpur-Lucknow-Gorakhpur-Chhapra till February 21, 12506 Anand Vihar-Kamakhya Express will run till February 21 and 15633 Bikaner-Guwahati Express will run on February 19. Apart from this, 12330 Anand Vihar-Sealdah Express will run on February 19 and 26 via Kanpur-Lucknow-DDU and 12329 Sealdah-Anand Vihar Express will run on February 25 via DDU-Varanasi-Janghai-Unnao-Kanpur.
