Railways has announced to run Vande Bharat train from Katra to Srinagar. This journey will be completed in just three hours which earlier used to take six-seven hours by road. A large number of devotees from Bihar visit Mata Vaishno Devi for whom this journey will now be comfortable and time bound. You will be able to enjoy the valleys of Kashmir by this train.
Indian Railways: On the initiative of the railways, Vande Bharat train will now be run from Katra to Srinagar. This journey will be of only three hours. Earlier, people used to travel here by road, which used to take six to seven hours. Passengers were waiting for this railway line for a long time.
A large number of devotees from Bihar go to visit Mata Vaishno Devi. Now the devotees will save a lot of time and the journey will also be comfortable. Earlier, arrangements were made to run a train from Srinagar to Sangaldan. Under this project, the world’s highest rail arch bridge- Chenab Bridge has been constructed.
Passengers can now travel very comfortably through the valley through bridges and tunnels. This project was being demanded for a long time. In the year 2014, 25 km of Udhampur-Katra, in the year 2023, the railway route between Banihal to Sangaldan and Sangaldan to Katra has been prepared.
At present, this train completes the journey from Sangaldan to Baramulla
Currently, this train travels from Sangaldan to Baramulla. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will land at Udhampur Army Airport from New Delhi on the morning of April 19 and then fly to the world’s highest railway bridge built on the Chenab river in Reasi district.
This train will run from Katra city of Reasi district and cross the Pir Panjal mountain range to Srinagar and then reach its final destination in Baramulla in North Kashmir.
Railways will run Mela Special Train for Patna
For the convenience of passengers, Indian Railways will run Mela Special Trains for Patna during Chaitra Navratri. Train number 04148 from Prayagraj to Patna will leave at 11 pm, which will reach Vindhyachal at 12:22 and Mirzapur at 12:30.
Train number 04147 will leave from Patna at 7 pm, which will reach Mirzapur at 12:38 and will reach Vindhyachal after ten minutes. ADRM General Sanjay Singh said that this train will run daily only till Chaitra Navratri.
It is known that a large number of devotees from various stations of Patna and Bihar go to visit Vindhyachal Mata. The railways has taken this step in view of the crowd of passengers from Bihar.
