In such a situation, the person with confirmed ticket has to sit for the entire journey. But now if someone sits on your confirmed seat, then know the easy way to make him/her get up. This way, the seat can be vacated within half an hour and a comfortable journey can be made.

This is how to easily vacate the seat
Seat can be vacated by complaining on Rail Madad app. Railways claim that after complaining on the app, the solution is being done within 28 minutes. In this, along with other complaints, complaint of another person sitting on the confirmed seat can also be made. After which the TT himself will reach the seat and vacate the seat, so that the passenger with confirmed ticket does not face any problem. Railways is giving priority to convenient and safe travel.
All complaints on a single window
According to the Railway Ministry, like helpline number 139, all the means of complaint and suggestion like X (Twitter), Facebook have been linked to the “Rail Madad” portal and its app. Passengers can reach their complaint to the railways through the “Rail Madad” portal or app on mobile, laptop or computer. If the solution is not found within the stipulated time, the complaint will reach the higher officer, accountability will also be decided. Along with this, feedback is also being sought from the complainant while informing him about the resolution.
