The speed of trains will stop during these 11 days. Trains will be operated by postponing cancellation, route change, re-scheduling-control and stoppage.
Railway News: Non-interlocking work will be done for commissioning of automatic signaling between Chureb-Munderwa stations on Gorakhpur-Gonda rail section. Due to this, there will be a block from 23 December to 3 January. The speed of trains will stop for these 11 days. Trains will be operated by cancelling, changing the route, re-scheduling-control and postponing stoppage. Passengers will face problems from Monday, 23 December to January 3 next month. Many trains going through Bareilly will also run on a diverted route.

– 24 December-02564 New Delhi-Barauni special train will run via Gonda-Badhni-Gorakhpur instead of the scheduled route Gonda-Basti-Gorakhpur. The train will not stop at Basti station.
– 24 December- 02569 Darbhanga-New Delhi special train will run via Gorakhpur-Badhni-Gonda instead of the scheduled route Gorakhpur-Basti-Gonda. The train will not stop at Basti station.
– 24 and 25 December-02570 New Delhi-Darbhanga special train will run via Gonda-Badhni-Gorakhpur instead of Gonda-Basti-Gorakhpur. It will not stop at Basti.
– 23 and 24 December-12556 Bathinda-Gorakhpur Express will run via Gonda-Badhni-Gorakhpur instead of Gonda-Basti-Gorakhpur. It will not stop at Mankapur, Babhanan, Basti and Khalilabad.

Madar Urs will get Mela Special Train from Moradabad
Bareilly, Senior Correspondent. For the convenience of passengers going to Urs, the railway will operate 05105-05106 Azamgarh-Madar-Azamgarh Urs special train on one trip from Azamgarh on January 3 and from Madar on January 7. Passengers going from Bareilly will be able to board the train from Moradabad.
(05105) Azamgarh-Madar Urs special train will leave Azamgarh on January 3 at 15.30 hrs and reach Muhammadabad at 16.00 hrs, Bhatni at 19.00 hrs, Deoria Sadar at 19.30 hrs, Gorakhpur at 20.55 hrs, Khalilabad at 21.35 hrs, Basti at 22.05 hrs, Gonda at 23.45 hrs, next day it will leave Budhwal at 01.30 hrs, Sitapur at 03.37 hrs, Moradabad at 07.58 hrs, Delhi at 11.25 hrs, Phulera at 18.17 hrs, Kishangarh at 18.59 hrs and reach Madar at 20.00 hrs.

Due to fog, trains made passengers wait in Bareilly on Monday. Trains like 15075 Triveni Express, 04365 Bareilly-Moradabad, 04303 Bareilly-Delhi Passenger, 22489 Vande Bharat, 15119 Janta, 22445 Kanpur Superfast, 14523 Harihar Express, 14308 Mughalsarai, 14618 Janseva, 12210 Garib Rath, 12358 Durgiana, 14236 Varanasi Express etc. were cancelled. Passengers were seen shivering in the cold breeze on the platforms. However, mild sunshine shone. Then it started melting, while many trains like 13152 Sealdah Express was delayed by one and a half hour, 12332 Himgiri Paun etc. were delayed.
