According to the information, if your flight has been canceled or its departure has been extended by 1 hour or more from the scheduled time, then you can use this service. At the same time, you can take advantage of Plan B service even if the scheduled departure time is extended for 2 hours or more. Keep in mind that with Plan B, you can change the flight time/or date. How does this work?
Step 1: Enter PNR Details- Enter your PNR/Booking Reference Number and Email ID/Last Name.
Step 2: Change Flight or Select Cancel – You can change the time and/or date of your flight or process it for cancellation and refund
If you opt for the refund option, it will be credited to your account within 7 business days after the process.
