IndiGo Airlines has started a special initiative for disabled passengers arriving at Delhi Airport. This service has been launched at Indira Gandhi International Airport – Terminal 1, with a newly designed desk dedicated to facilitate check-in for passengers with disabilities.
Convenience for disabled passengers
Indigo Airlines said that the airline has created a special check-in counter at the Delhi Airport terminal to assist disabled passengers.
More than 20 disabled passengers deployed
Indigo has currently deployed more than 20 disabled employees at Delhi Airport to assist the passengers. For this, they have been specially deployed on the desk.
Passengers will get assistance
Indigo said that this initiative aims to provide economical, timely and hassle-free travel experience to the passengers.
Work done for disabled passengers
Indigo said that grab bar toilets have been made inside the aircraft to assist disabled passengers.
IndiGo said that to create a more accessible and inclusive world for all, IndiGo has taken several measures on its flights. Cabin crew members are trained to assist in storing and retrieving carry-on and accessories.
