The company has introduced Fastlane Claim Settlement as a value added service for its motor insurance customers. According to a statement issued by the company, as a part of this value added service, customers have the option to settle their small value motor insurance claims instantly. The company aims to enhance the customer experience by reducing the settlement time to a few minutes.

Reduces turn-around time by

If a driver is caught driving such a vehicle which is not insured, then the traffic police can catch him and according to the Motor Vehicle Act 1988, challan action is taken against him.
