What was the problem in booking the ticket

Although the Railways had said that Ask disha and IRCTC e-wallet can be used to book tickets.
Additional ticket counter
On behalf of Indian Railways, it was said that after the website was down, extra PRS ticket booking counters were started at railway stations keeping in mind the facilities of the passengers. Railway has requested the passengers that they can book tickets from this counter. Two additional ticket counters have been opened at New Delhi Railway Station. Apart from this, one ticket counter each has been opened at many major railway stations.
