But the Railways has started a new initiative keeping in view the convenience of the passengers. Under which now the successful passengers in air-conditioned trains will get the facility of blankets, sheets and pillows.
Let us tell you that this facility has been started in trains going to and from Patna. Under which the successful passengers in air-conditioned trains can take blankets, sheets and pillows at their convenience from the station itself. Soon this facility is planned to be implemented across the country.
Have to pay full price
Let us tell you that for blankets, sheets and pillows, passengers will have to pay its full cost. Under the new arrangement, passengers will be given two sheets, masks and sanitizers for Rs 50. Whereas a blanket with two sheets, mask and sanitizer will also be given for 100 rupees. At the same time, in addition to the mask, sanitizer, blanket and pillow will also be available with two sheets for Rs 200.
Facility as per use and throw system
During the journey in the train, passengers will use blankets, sheets, pillows as per their convenience. After this, passengers can leave all the things in the train itself or put them in the dustbin under the use and throw system. At present, the railway is going to start the above facility in all its major stations.
Can buy by paying
CPRO Rajesh Kumar of East Central Railway says that a decision is being taken on whether the passengers should get blankets, sheets and pillows in the train itself. Soon this facility will be available in trains. Where passengers can buy the goods concerned by paying full price. Railway will start this facility in all major stations soon.
