Increase in company’s attrition rate

This announcement from the company has come at a time when its attrition rate has increased significantly as compared to earlier. Attrition rate is the rate of employees leaving the company. Recently, many old employees of the company had left the job, after which the company has announced new hiring.

Company’s COO gave information

Infosys COO (UB) Praveen Rao said that to take advantage of all the potential in the market, we will increase our college graduate hiring program to 45000 this year. She further said that she will continue to focus on other needs of her employees including health and wellness measures, reskilling programs and career growth opportunities.

Infosys Q2 Results

IT giant Infosys gave better results in the second quarter. The company has made a profit of Rs 5,421 crore in the second quarter. The company had made a profit of Rs 5,195 crore in the first quarter of the current financial year.

Infosys released the quarterly results on Wednesday and said that the company has earned a profit of 12 percent on a yearly basis. The company’s revenue has increased to Rs 29,602 crore in the September quarter of the financial year 2021-22, as against Rs 27,896 crore in the previous quarter. Infosys has announced a dividend of Rs 15 per share in the quarterly results.
