Jio has made its prepaid plans expensive. The new rates have come into effect. Jio’s prepaid plans are slightly cheaper than Airtel and Vi. The company offers many types of prepaid plans.
One such prepaid plan of Jio is Rs 155. This plan is affordable and comes with benefits like data, unlimited calls. In this, access to Jio’s apps such as Jio Cinema, Jio TV, Jio Cloud and Jio Security is also given.
This plan is cheaper than Airtel and Vi’s prepaid plan of Rs 179. Jio’s cheapest monthly recharge plan costs Rs 155. The validity of this plan is 28 days. During this validity, it offers unlimited voice calls, 300 SMS and total 2GB high-speed data on any network.
After the data is exhausted, the speed is reduced to 64kbps. Jio Cinema, Jio TV and others also get access with this plan.
If you are worried about limited data then you can take data add-on voucher. Its price starts from Rs 15 on Jio’s website. You can recharge it whenever needed. According to a report, Jio’s customers have decreased in the month of September.
According to TRAI, Jio has lost 19 million customers in the month of September. Telecom operator Airtel benefited a lot from this.
