The sports department has opened the way for the deployment of 341 adhoc coaches of various sports in Uttar Pradesh. These trainers will be posted for ten months. The agency of Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh has been given the job for recruitment through Gem portal. As soon as these agencies conduct a trial, they will hand over the list of selected coaches to the sports department. He will be posted immediately. Now the deployment will be for three sessions.
The sports department used to appoint trainers on contractual basis on honorarium for training players in various sports in the state. The contract for these trainers expired in March last year. After this, the adhoc trainers demonstrated for the deployment. On the other hand, the government decided that now trainers will be recruited through outsourcing through the Gem portal. After this, the Sports Department has contracted with the agency of Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh. Of this, the Mumbai agency will deploy 75 per cent and the Uttar Pradesh agency 25 per cent. Officials of the Sports Department said that the agency has been contracted. The agency will select soon.
Up to 30 thousand rupees will get honorarium
maximum 30 thousand rupees will be given to the trainers and minimum rupees 20 thousand per month. In this, the international player who will be NIS will get 30 thousand rupees, who will be only international player 27 thousand, who will be national level player or NIS will get 25 thousand rupees and 20 thousand rupees per month for state level or junior international player.
