According to the report published in Money Control, the company has fired more than 400 people in the name of performance. At the same time, the company has confessed to the removal of 100 people. Byju’s HR has asked all the affected people to resign on August 17 itself.

According to Money Control, many employees of BYJU’S have accepted that the company has asked them to resign on the basis of performance. Along with this, the company has also put its seal on this matter, but Byju says that this decision of the company has affected a total of 100 employees. Along with this, the company also said that the people who are being fired are a normal process based on performance. This should not be seen as a move to reduce the company’s expenses.
Employees fired on call
Talking to Moneycontrol, many former employees have informed that they had received calls from the HR of the company. HR said that his email address would be deactivated within just two hours. In such a situation, he will have to submit his pay slip and the rest of the resignation documents only within two hours. After this the employees were pressurized to start the process of resignation immediately.
During this, HR was in constant touch with the employees. Along with this, the company has told the resigning employees that they will be given the salary for August and September. On the other hand, if an employee refuses to resign, then the company will immediately remove him from the job. Along with this, such employees will get salary only till August 17, 2023.
