In the changed circumstances after Corona, more job opportunities are being created in the country for diploma holders having specific qualifications as compared to degree. About 33 per cent of the total jobs present in the data of the National Career Center Portal of the Ministry of Labor are vacancies for diploma holders after 12th and 25.5% for degree holders.
A total of 41,380 jobs are available for people who have done diploma after 12th, out of which 26,628 are for the month of May. Whereas 14,751 have come in June. Talking about graduate degree holders, according to them there are 32,176 jobs. Apart from this, there are only 20 percent i.e. 26,119 for 12th pass people and 10 percent i.e. 12,713 vacancies for 10th pass. According to experts, in the era of Corona, people are trying to hire people related to special work. At the same time, it is the effort of the employers that the expenditure on them should not be too much.
Sunil Goyal, Managing Director of Global Hunt Job Consultancy Company, told Hindustan that only very important recruitments are being done these days. In such a situation, no company is in a position to spend on the training of a new employee unless it is absolutely necessary. This is the reason why the demand for diploma holders with special qualifications is increasing. He is expert in those things.
Most jobs for jobs with specific qualifications
According to statistics, most of the jobs are for jobs related to specific qualifications. Out of the total jobs, their number is 35,647. There are 31,411 jobs related to IT and Communications. Talking about the total jobs, there are active 126,315 vacancies on the portal till June 30. About 1 crore people have registered for getting jobs in the country and 1.55 lakh employers are registered who provide jobs related to different sectors.
