Jobs: Entrepreneurs considering reservation in private sector jobs as a big challenge

There has been a lot of stir in the cyber city industry since the notification by the state government regarding private sector jobs. Entrepreneurs say that such a law is not appropriate from the point of view of industrial freedom. The state government needs to think again in this matter. It is not possible to walk according to this law even in normal times. At present, in the era of Kovid-19, it has come as a big crisis for the industry.

Explain that according to the law made by the state government regarding reservation in the private sector, entrepreneurs and operators of other private sector establishments will have to update the information about the status of their jobs on the government portal in three months.

Entrepreneur Dinesh Agarwal says that at this time industrial units are facing the crisis of workers. Waiting for the return of the employees who have gone to their home state. In such a situation, the work in factories is getting affected. If workers were available at the local level, why would entrepreneurs have trouble.

Entrepreneur Manoj Jain says that if the entrepreneurs had the availability of labor force according to the industrial requirement at the local level, then why would they have to wait for outside workers.

Regarding the reservation law in the private sector, entrepreneurs fear that if they need to recruit new employees immediately, then they will have to wait for the employees at the local level first. If not found later, the district administration will have to take permission to recruit outside employees. This is quite a long process.

This will start braking at industrial speed. This law will be applicable to the employees having pay scale less than 50 thousand per month. In such a situation, more than 85 percent of industrial workers will fall in this category. It is being told that the situation being created by the central government regarding this law of the state is being monitored. Opinions are also being taken from big industrial organizations. The system of reservation in private sector jobs is not constitutional. In this regard, a letter was written on behalf of the Chamber to the State Government in March. In which it was demanded that this law should be considered. Since the release of its notification, the concern of the industry has increased.
