Juhi Chawla was badly caught in the 5G testing case, the court imposed a fine of lakhs and said this big thing

Ever since India got permission for 5G trials, different types of news are being heard. But, amidst these reports, before the 5G trials started recently, Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla filed a petition against it in the Delhi High Court. After the filing of this petition, once again there was fear in the minds of people regarding 5G. But, the Delhi High Court has given a big verdict on Friday, rejecting their petition against the 5G roll out. The court in its judgment gave another major setback to Juhi Chawla and imposed a heavy fine of Rs 20 lakh on actress Juhi Chawla.

What was Juhi Chawla’s petition

The Delhi High Court said that the legal process has been misused by the petitioner. Let us remind you that in her petition, Juhi Chawla has said that the radiation of 5G network has a harmful effect on citizens, animals, flora and fauna. Juhi Chawla has been working for a long time to make people aware against the harmful radiation emitted from the towers of telecom companies.

What is the decision of the court

The court said the petition has been filed “defective”, “abuse of process of law” and “to gain publicity”. Justice JR Middha said that the litigants – Chawla and two others – have misused the process of law and wasted the time of the court. Along with this, the court has imposed a fine of 20 lakh rupees on Juhi Chawla. Not only this, the court has also reprimanded Chawla for sharing the video conference link of the hearing on his social media account.

What did Juhi Chawla say in the petition

Juhi Chawla has said in her petition that  before the implementation of 5G technology, all the research related to it should be carefully considered. If the  telecommunications industry’s plan for a 5G network is successful, there will be no person, animal, bird, insect, plant or plant in the earth that can live up to the level of RF radiation emitted from these towers 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Which is 10 to 100 times more than the existing radiation.

5G is not a health threat

The Department of International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) has clearly stated in its report that the level of radiation emitted from 5G equipment is much lower than that of electromagnetic radiation. The amount of 5G radiation is so low that it cannot cause any kind of damage to the human body i.e. the cells present in the human body in any condition. Let us tell you that this research institute itself tests the risk of radio broadcasting and they have also tested 5G network, which is considered safe.

What UNICEF and WHO have to say on 5G

Not only this, the world organization UNICEF has also clearly said in a blog that the fifth generation of mobile internet is neither spreading any kind of virus nor is causing the death of any organism. At the same time, the WHO has also made it clear that the corona virus cannot travel through radio waves or mobile networks. But, according to the WHO website, since this technology is still being developed, more research should be done.
