Deoghar DC Manjunath Bhajantri held an online meeting with the operators of Pragya Kendras on Sunday for the successful operation of the Kisan loan waiver scheme. More than 100 directors of the district were involved in this.

DC gave detailed information regarding the successful operation of the scheme in the meeting. Said that keeping in view the convenience of the farmers, a draft of the loan waiver scheme has been prepared by the state government. The benefits of the Jharkhand Agriculture Loan Waiver Scheme are to be provided to the farmers with ease and ease.
In such a situation, the role of all the Pragya Kendra operators along with banks is also very important. CM’s priorities are to make farmers self-reliant and empowered. Particular attention should be paid to farmers who get benefits of the scheme in a transparent manner.
It is also important to keep in mind that farmers do not have to visit the Pragya Kendras to get the benefit of the scheme. Help Pragya Kendra help all the farmers. There should be no arbitrariness for service charges or other facilities.

The benefit of agricultural loan waiver scheme is to be received by only one member of a family. Under the scheme, up to 50,000 loan waivers will be given to standard loan beneficiaries before 31 March 2020.
For this, the beneficiaries will have to submit their application to the Pragya Centers in addition to the bank. Apart from the application from the beneficiaries, their Aadhaar, ration, self declaration certificate, one rupee fee, mobile number and service fee prescribed by the state government will be charged.
After this, your application has to be authenticated through e-KYC. Once the details are confirmed through e-KYC, the application will be submitted on the planning portal for further verification and processing.
After this, the applicant will get a token number or reference number on submission of their application. Quorum will be fulfilled on this basis.
