New Delhi The 13th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati, one of the most successful game shows of the small screen, is about to begin. The show’s host Amitabh Bachchan has announced this. If you want to participate in KBC 13 then this news is for you. The registration process on the show starts next week. Sony TV announced this with a promo from its official Instagram account.
In the promo, Amitabh Bachchan is seen saying – Ladies and gentlemen, get ready in Hindi. Get ready for Get Ready and Idioms in English, because my questions and your KBC registrations are starting on May 10. It has been told that the questions of Amitabh Bachchan will start from 9 pm on May 10 (Monday) and along with this registration to participate in the show.
According to the guidelines released by the channel, Kaun Banega Crorepati can be participated only through SMS or Sony Live app. It is absolutely free. The same answer of the contestant will be considered as Vaidya, which he has given through first mobile number or first medium (SMS or Sony Live App).
Last year, the show’s registrations took place during lockdown and Amitabh Bachchan shot the video at his home. Let us tell you that KBC started in 2000. Amitabh Bachchan was the first host and the prize money was kept at one crore. The prize money in the second and third seasons was 2 crores. In the fourth season, prize money was kept at one crore, while the jackpot question was introduced for 5 crore. In the seventh season, the total number of questions was increased from 13 to 15 and the prize money was 7 crores. The number of questions from season 9 was increased to 16 and prize money to Rs 7 crore. All seasons of the show are hosted by Amitabh Bachchan, except for season 3, which was hosted by Shah Rukh Khan.
