Now making a Kisan Credit Card is very easy, but these three documents will have to be given, orders to issue the card in 14 days.

The Kisan Credit Card Scheme (Kisan Credit Card Scheme), which provides financial assistance to farmers from the banking system for farming, is a big hit. But only the person who is eligible will get the benefit of this. Banks have not issued KCC even after application to 2,27,593 farmers in the country. According to the officials of the Union Agriculture Ministry, this has happened because if no documents of one’s land have been found, then there is a difference in some documents. Therefore, whenever you go to build KCC, give correct information and documents. Otherwise the scheme will not get benefit.

Only three documents have to be given
Now only three documents will be taken for Kisan Credit Card (KCC). The first is whether the person giving the application is a farmer or not. For this, the bank will look at his farming papers and take a copy of it. Second identity card (residence, Aadhaar, PAN card) Third applicant’s affidavit that he does not have loan outstanding in any other bank. Take your three photos too. The government has asked the banking association not to charge any fees for the KCC application.

Fee waived on loan of three lakhs
The central government has abolished processing, inspection and laser folio charges etc. for agricultural loans up to Rs 3 lakh. Banks have also been told that KCC will have to be issued within 14 days of the completion of the application. If such strictness has been imposed on banks, then it is also the responsibility of the applicants to give the correct documents. Especially of revenue records. The two most important documents for loan are Khasra and Khatauni. That is, revenue records, which will show that you are a farmer. Measles makes Khatauni Patwari. There is detail of cultivated land in it.

When is the guarantee needed
The Modi government has not limited KCC to agriculture only. It has also been opened for animal husbandry and fisheries. Up to two lakh rupees will be available in both these categories. While up to three lakh rupees are available for farming. If the loan is up to Rs 1.60 lakh then no guarantor is required. But if it is more, then a guarantor is needed for it. Also, there should be land in the name of the guarantor.

Get 5 percent interest subsidy
For agricultural farming, the interest rate of loans up to Rs 3 lakh taken on KCC is 9 percent. But the government gives a subsidy of 2 percent in it. In this way it falls to 7 per cent. On return on time, you get 3% more discount. In this way, its rate is only 4 percent. Usually, the bank informs the farmers and asks them to repay the loan by 31 March. If you do not pay the loan to the bank by that time, then they have to pay interest at the rate of 7 percent.
