She received her first acting opportunity in the 2014 comedy-drama “Fugly,” directed by Kabir Sadanand. Despite the film’s mixed reception, she received accolades for her performance and for being a talented actor.
She played Sakshi Dhoni, her wife, in the Mahendra Singh Dhoni biopic “M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story.” The movie enjoyed tremendous commercial success.
In the movie “Machine,” directed by Abbas Mustan, she portrayed the main character. Then, in the Telugu political drama “Bharat Ane Nenu,” Kiara made her acting debut. Then, in Vinaya Vidheya Rama, she was cast opposite Ram Charan (a Telugu Film).
She is also known for performing in the films- Kalank, Kabir, and Good Newwz. Her awards include the Zee Cine Awards Telugu for Bharat Ane Nenu’s Best Find Of The Year (2019), and Emerging Star of the Year: Asia Vision Award (2019).
For her parts in the romantic part of Kabir Singh and the comedy Good Newwz, two of the highest-grossing Hindi films of 2019, Advani garnered further fame. As a result, she was given the IIFA Award for Best Supporting Actress in recognition of the latter. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Jugjugg Jeeyo in 2022 built on this success, as did Shershaah, for she was selected for a Filmfare Award for Best Actress in 2021.
