The cabinet minister and spokesperson of the Yagi government, Anil Rajbhar, said that according to the announcement of the Chief Minister, financial assistance of one thousand rupees will be given soon in the state. For this, there will be first registration of people of the cart and hawker, sailor, blacksmith, potter, kahar, washerman, hairdresser, cobbler. The Municipal Corporation for the beneficiaries of the urban area and the Panchayat Department for the rural area have been given the responsibility. Last year, funds were extended to 60 thousand such beneficiary families.
Talking to the media at Circuit House in Varanasi, Anil Rajbhar said that Antyodaya and eligible household card holders will get free ration. Those eligible people whose cards have not yet been made, will be given ration by making cards on the basis of preference. This arrangement has been done with the resolve that no family should remain hungry in the state. Said that there has been a significant reduction in corona infection due to curfew. After increasing the curfew till May 24, the infection will reach negligible. Anil Rajbhar said that people between the ages of 18 to 44 years from May 17 will get vaccinated in all districts. The minister has appealed to the people to get vaccinated by booking a slot.
Task Force for Pregnant Women and Children
The minister said that in view of the possibility of a third wave of corona, a district task force would be formed to look after the symptoms of pregnant women and children. The task force will operate 24 hours. He said that UP tops the country in free vaccination.
