Kotak Mahindra Bank debit card services will not be available to the general public these days. Due to which customers will not be able to transact through debit card.
Kotak Mahindra Bank: If you are a customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank, then you will not be able to get Kotak Bank Debit, Spendz Card services for a few hours on 7th and 12th October. Regarding this, Kotak Mahindra Bank says that due to maintenance of debit, spendz card, services will be disrupted for a few hours. Apart from this, the bank has also informed the customers through email.
The bank said in the email that we would like to inform you that the bank system will not be available due to maintenance activity on October 07, 2024 and October 12, 2024 from 01.00 AM to 04.00 AM. During this time the below services will be temporarily unavailable on your Kotak Bank Debit Card, Spendz Card and Gift Card.
During this time, below mentioned services on your Kotak Bank Debit Card, Spendz Card & Gift Card will be temporarily unavailable:
• Card Controls – Transaction amount limit modification & Transaction Activation or Deactivation
• Card Blocking – Unblocking
• Primary Account Change
• Account Linking – Delinking
• Request for a new Debit Card/Image Card
• Card closure request
• Registration for Tokenization & PIN re-generation
• Card inquiry and verification
