Land registration new system: Land registry system will change from December 17, new rules issued for sellers and buyers

The registry system will change in the registration office from December 17. From this date, registration of land, house, institution etc. will be done through e-registry. With its implementation in the district registration office, a large number of land buyers and sellers will be facilitated. District sub-registrar Manish Kumar said that with e-registry, along with stopping fraud, there will be transparency in work. Along with this, people will also get convenience.

Land registration new system: The registry system will change in the District Registration Office from December 17. From this date, registration of land, house, institution etc. will be done through e-registry. Preparations have been made for this. This system is already implemented in the sub-registrar offices of Paru, Motipur, Katra and Sakra in the district.

With its implementation in the District Registration Office, a large number of land buyers and sellers will be facilitated. District Sub-Registrar Manish Kumar said that with the e-registry, along with stopping fraud, there will be transparency in the work. Along with this, people will also get convenience.

Application for land verification will have to be given first

Under this process, an application for verification of the land or immovable property which will be bought and sold will have to be given first. After its verification, the information about the stamp and registration fee will be given to the applicant by the registration office. On this basis, the applicant will get the challan and deed of the land prepared.

After getting the documents ready, you will have to go to the citizen portal and fill in the details. After filling in the details, the applicant will get the stock of land purchase and sale. Also, it will be automatically decided which operator has to do the further process of registration in the district registration office.

Here the details filled by the applicant will be verified. After verification of other data along with the prepared deed, the further process will be done at the assistant level. Here, after checking all the data and deed, the process of biometric will start.

Aadhaar verification of all will prevent fraud

After verification at the assistant level, there will be biometric of the buyer, seller, witness. In this, the Aadhaar card of all will be verified. Also, the current and Aadhaar photo of all these will be printed in the Kavala Deed. After this, no one will claim later that he did not sell or buy the land.

Witnesses will also not be able to deny. All the data will be recorded with the Aadhaar number. With this, it will be possible to check from anywhere in the country, when and where the land was sold or bought with which Aadhaar number. This will eliminate the dependence on the concerned registration office for its verification.

District Sub Registrar will finalize the documents

After this process, the documents will be finalized at the level of District Sub Registrar. There will also be an agreement between the seller and the witness. If a person is unable to get the land deed done in the slot given by the department, then he will be given a new date.

Time and money will be saved

This process will save time in land registration. People will keep all the documents ready in advance. There will be no further obstacle as the land will be inspected beforehand.

At the same time, due to the data being fed beforehand, the work pressure on the employees of the registration office will be reduced. This will increase the number of registrations. Apart from this, no additional amount will have to be spent.
