The Tripura government has given a big gift to its employees. Employees and pensioners who have been waiting for their dearness allowance during the Kovid period have been given relief. According to the recommendation of the 7th Pay Commission, Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb has announced increase in DA (Dearness Allowance) and DR (Dearness Relief) for government employees, pensioners and daily employees associated with government service.
Announcement of 3% increase
Chief Minister Biplav Kumar Deb’s government has announced a total increase of 3% in Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief. According to Tripura’s Law Minister and the spokesperson of the government, Ratan Lal Nath, this increase will put an additional burden of 320 crores on the government. The benefit of this increase will be given to 1,10,517 government employees and 67,809 pensioners of Tripura. Apart from these, 12,178 daily employees associated with government service will get the benefit of this.
1 would increase from March salary
increases will be effective from March 1, according to the Tripura government. This will mean that the increase in DA and DR will be a big benefit for the government employees. The salary of employees will increase from the first date of next month. Even before Holi, the government has given them a big gift. Tripura government has announced an increase of 3 percent dearness allowance. This means that there will be an increase of 3 per cent on the basic salary.
