But do not surrender the policy in the matter of getting returns, otherwise you may lose money. In such a situation, always use the official website of LIC to get information about the policy holders scheme. You will get all kinds of information there. Apart from this, buy the policy only from agents who have license issued by IRDAI or have ID card issued by LIC.
Can file a complaint
LIC has also asked the customers to register a complaint against them with fake calls or being cautious with the agent. LIC says that if the customer receives a fake call or the agent tries to contact, they can send a complaint via e-mail to co_crm_fb @ licindia.
