LIC new rules 2021: If you have a LIC policy, then this news is important for you. The central government has announced that now every Saturday will be considered as Public Holiday for LIC. Now you will not be able to go to any branch of LIC on Saturday to collect the premium of the policy or do any other kind of work. You have to do this work between Monday to Friday only.

Changes under this act

The government has made this change under section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881. More than one lakh employees of LIC will benefit from this change.

LIC is waiting for this new good news

Lage employees owe wage revision with effect from August 1, 2017. An additional holiday in the week between wage revision is no less than good news for LIC employees. A union leader said that this is the first time in the history of LIC when there has been such a delay in the wage revision. After the meeting with the union leaders, the final proposal of the management will be sent to the government and the finance ministry can make changes before issuing the notification.

LIC issued alert

Fake call alert: Public sector insurance company Life Insurance Corporation of India Limited (LIC) has warned its customers. It is very important for you to know this information given by LIC. In fact, some fraudsters become LIC officers, agents or IRDA officers and call customers and smash them.

Cheating in the name of policy surrender

These people collect a substantial amount from customers in the name of surrendering the policy and getting better returns. Whereas, the amounts surrendered by some customers have been invested in other places by making false promises. In this way, policy holders are being misled by becoming representatives of the company.
