How to check the status of Digital Life Certificate?
- After submitting the certificate, you will get information about its acceptance or rejection through SMS.
- Transaction ID and reason will have to be given in the SMS.
- To download Digital Life Certificate and check the status, visit https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in/ppouser/login.
- Login with PRAMAAN ID or Aadhaar number.
What to do if Jeevan Pramaan is rejected?
If your Jeevan Pramaan is rejected, immediately contact the agency issuing your pension. According to the Jeevan Pramaan website, the certificate may be rejected due to incorrect information or biometrics. In such a case, generate a new Jeevan Pramaan (Pramaan-ID) with all the correct information and biometrics.
