Liquor Shops Close: These liquor shops will remain closed in this state, big decision of the government

Chief Minister Yogi reviewed the revenue receipts in the current financial year. Finance Minister Suresh Khanna was also present with him. Here the Chief Minister said that due to continuous efforts, the non-tax revenue collection of the state is continuously increasing.

New Delhi Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to close liquor shops near religious places, schools and highways etc. He has said that strictest action and intensive monitoring should be ensured against manufacturing and selling of illegal liquor.

He said that it should be ensured that there are no shops selling liquor at these places. Before this, CM Yogi had given instructions that there should be neither any liquor shop nor meat seller on the route of Kanwar Yatra.

Chief Minister Yogi reviewed the revenue receipts in the current financial year. Finance Minister Suresh Khanna was also present with him. Here the Chief Minister said that due to continuous efforts, the non-tax revenue collection of the state is continuously increasing. More than Rs 46 thousand crore revenue has been received so far in the first quarter of this financial year.

In this, Rs 26 thousand crore has been received from GST and VAT, Rs 10 thousand crore from excise, Rs 6 thousand crore from stamp and registration and more than Rs 2400 crore from transport. Expressing satisfaction, he said that this is money received from the public, which will be spent on the development and public welfare of the state.

Stop tax evasion for 1.5 lakh crore GST-

CM Yogi said that there are immense possibilities in the state. Find new sources to increase revenue collection. He gave a target of GST and VAT collection of Rs 1.50 lakh crore for the current financial year. Describing revenue evasion as a national loss, the Chief Minister said that monitoring should be increased to stop GST evasion.

Collect solid information before raids and further improve intelligence. He said that the activation of special disciplinary units and mobile team units should be further increased.

Expressing satisfaction over the success of curbing tax evasion, he said that there is still a need for comprehensive improvement in the working style. The Chief Minister directed to deploy qualified, skilled and efficient officers in the field.

Field officers have clear targets, CM himself will review-

Yogi Adityanath said that to increase revenue collection, clear targets should be given to field officers from the government level. It should also be reviewed weekly and monthly.

CM himself will review every three months. The Chief Minister also gave instructions to prevent overloading of vehicles engaged in mining at all costs. He said that these are the major reasons for accidents. Take strict action in this direction.
