Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Date: Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar has announced the dates of Lok Sabha Elections 2024. Lok Sabha elections will be held in 7 phases. Lok Sabha elections will be held from 19 April to 1 June. Results will come on June 4. Notification for the first phase will be issued on March 20. Lok Sabha elections for 543 seats will be held in seven phases. Voting for the first phase will take place on April 19. The second phase of voting will be held on 26th April, the third phase of voting will be held on 7th May, the fourth phase of voting will be held on 13th May, the fifth phase of voting will be held on 20th May, the sixth phase of voting will be held on 25th May and the seventh and final phase of voting will be held on 1st June. Lok Sabha elections will be held in seven phases in three states, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. In the seventh phase, voting will be held in Punjab and Haryana.

Single Poll Date

In single phase, 22 states (Arunachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Andhra Pradesh, Chandigarh, DDN&H, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Ladakh, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Puducherry, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Elections will be held in Punjab, Telangana, Uttarakhand)

Two Poll Dates

Elections will be held in 4 states (Karnataka, Rajasthan, Tripura, Manipur) in two phases.

Three Poll Dates

Elections will be held in 2 states (Chhattisgarh and Assam) in three phases.

Four Poll Dates

Elections will be held in 3 states (Odisha, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand) in four phases.

Five Poll Dates

Elections will be held in 2 states (Maharashtra, Jammu and Kashmir) in 5 phases.

Seven Poll Dates

Elections will be held in 3 states (Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal) in 7 phases.

Voting in 10 big cities of Uttar Pradesh

Voting will be held on April 19 in Saharanpur, Kairana, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Nagina, Moradabad, Rampur, Pilibhit. Whereas voting will be held in Meerut and Amroha on 26th April. Apart from this, 1 June in Varanasi, 13 May in Kanpur, 20 May in Lucknow, 25 May in Allahabad, 7 May in Mainpur, 5 May in Etawah, 20 May in Hathras, 20 May in Badaun, 20 May in Faizabad and Kannauj. Voting will take place on 13 May. Voting will be held in Ghaziabad, Noida, Mathura and Meerut on 26 April.

Election date in bihar

Elections will be held in Bihar also in seven phases. Its datesheet has been revealed. Voting will be held in Bihar on 19 April, 26 April, 7 May, 13 May, 20 May, 25 May, and 1 June. Voting will be held on 4 seats on 19th April, 5 seats on 26th April, 5 seats on 7th May, 5 seats on 13th May, 5 seats on 20th May, 8 seats on 25th May and 8 seats on 1st June.

April 19- Gaya, Nawada, Jamui, Aurangabad

7 May- Madhepura, Khagaria

20 May- Saran, Hajipur, Sitamarhi, Muzaffarpur

25 May- Shivhar, Vaishali, Gopalganj,

June 1- Patliputra, Nalanda, Jehanabad, Buxar, Sasaram

Assembly elections will be held in 4 states

Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar said that along with the Lok Sabha elections, assembly elections will be held in Sikkim, Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. Assembly elections will be held simultaneously with the phase in which Lok Sabha elections will be held in the state.
