The company has advised to dial the number 8454955555 for this. The company has said that you have to make a missed call on the given number.
After the missed call, a message will be received on your number, on which you have to open the given link and fill your details. After this the distributor will contact you. Indian Oil has said that existing Indane customers can also book refill by giving a missed call from their registered phone number. However, you can apply for a new connection by visiting the Indian website.

Which documents are required?
The documents that need to be uploaded while applying online for a new connection include passport size photograph, bank account details or Aadhaar POI and POA. IOC has launched the facility of issuance of LPG connection with online payment and seamless (e-SV) under Digital India initiative in Delhi on 1 May 2015.
This facility has been extended across India in a phased manner. SAHAJ ҥ-SVҠ is an electronic subscription voucher containing details of number of cylinders and pressure regulator. This document is emailed to the customer when the LPG connection is released online.
