LPG Price in Delhi: To get a gas cylinder for Rs 450, eligible candidates will have to register in the camp organized under ‘Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra’. According to the Food and Civil Supplies Department, every beneficiary will get one cylinder every month for Rs 450.
LPG Cylinder New Price List: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma had announced to provide gas cylinder for Rs 450 to the beneficiaries of Ujjwala scheme and BPL families. Eligible beneficiaries started getting its benefits from January 1. Gehlot government was providing cylinders to these families for Rs 500. That is, after the BJP government came to power, the beneficiary families have got the direct benefit of Rs 50 cylinder. During the assembly elections, BJP had talked about giving LPG cylinders for Rs 450 to the beneficiaries of BPL and Ujjwala scheme.
Who will benefit?
To get a gas cylinder for Rs 450, eligible candidates will have to register in the camp organized under ‘Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra’. As per the orders of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, under the LPG Cylinder Subsidy Scheme, every family (Ujjwala and BPL category) will get one cylinder every month for Rs 450. If someone takes two cylinders in a month, he will get the benefit of subsidy on only one cylinder.
How much does a cylinder cost in Bihar?
The price of 14.2 kg domestic gas cylinder in Patna is Rs 1001. Here, the Central Government is giving a subsidy of Rs 300 to the beneficiaries of the Ujjwala scheme. In this way the price of the cylinder reduced to Rs 701. That means additional payment of Rs 251 will have to be made as compared to Rajasthan.
How much will have to be paid in UP
The price of gas cylinder in the state capital Lucknow is Rs 940.5. After the government subsidy of Rs 300, its price comes down to Rs 640.5. That means here also one has to pay about Rs 190 more than in Rajasthan.
Cylinder price in Delhi
In the capital Delhi, the price of 14.2 kg domestic gas cylinder is Rs 903. After the beneficiaries of Ujjwala scheme and BPL families get the subsidy of Rs 300, the price of the cylinder reduces to Rs 603.
Cylinder price in Madhya Pradesh
Here the domestic gas cylinder costs Rs 908.5. Here too, after getting the central government subsidy of Rs 300, the cylinder rate comes down to Rs 608.5.
How much does a cylinder cost in Punjab-Haryana?
The price of a 14.2 kg gas cylinder in Amritsar, Punjab is Rs 944. After getting the benefit of subsidy of Rs 300 on this, it comes down to Rs 644. Similarly, in Gurgaon, Haryana, the cylinder costs Rs 911.5. After getting subsidy of Rs 300, the price falls to Rs 611.5.
