LPG Price Cut: Good news, LPG cylinder prices reduced, check new rates

LPG Price Decrease: Oil marketing companies in India decide the price of 14 kg domestic and 19 kg commercial cylinders. The price of LPG cylinder changes on the first of every month. This determines the prices of CNG and PNG. Today, on the morning of the new year 2025, government oil market companies have once again reduced the price of cylinders. The price of gas cylinders has been reduced by Rs 14-16 from Delhi to Mumbai.

This relief has been given in the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder, while no change has been made in the prices of 14 kg domestic LPG cylinder. The new prices have come into effect from today i.e. Wednesday, January 1, 2025

Price of 19KG cylinder in metro cities

Delhi: From January 1, a 19 kg commercial cylinder will now be available in Delhi for Rs 1804. On December 1, its price was Rs 1818.50. That is, it has been reduced by Rs 14.50.

Kolkata: The price of LPG cylinder in Kolkata has now come down to Rs 1911, which was Rs 1927.00 on December 1 last month. That is, there has been a reduction of Rs 16 here.

Mumbai: Talking about the country’s financial capital Mumbai, the price of LPG cylinder has been reduced by Rs 15 here. The price of commercial cylinder has been reduced to Rs 1756, while it was Rs 1771 in December.

Chennai: At the same time, in Chennai, a 19 kg commercial cylinder will be available for Rs 1966 from today. Its price was Rs 1980.50 in December last month. That is, in Chennai too, the cylinder has been made cheaper by Rs 14.5.

ATF prices also cut

OMCs have also announced a cut in ATF prices. This is likely to make air travel cheaper. There has been a relief of Rs 11401.37/ kilo liter in ATF prices. Let us tell you that in December, the price of ATF was increased by Rs 1318.12/ kilo liter, while in the month of November also the price had increased by Rs 2,941.5/ kilo liter.
