Method of making
First of all keep the pan on the gas and let it heat up. When it is hot, add one spoon of ghee to it and mix the macaroni after 30 seconds. Now roast the macaroni well for 3 to 4 minutes. After the macaroni roasts, turn off the gas and allow the macaroni to cool.

On the other side place the pan on the gas and add milk to it. Keep in mind that the milk is not to be boiled for a long time, but after the 2 to 3 boils, mix saffron, cardamom powder and roasted macaroni in it. Now stirring it well with a spoon will cook it for about 5 to 6 minutes.

Mix the cream on the side of the pan and mix it back and cook it while stirring. Keep in mind that during this time the flame of the gas should be medium or slow.

Now take vanilla custard powder in a bowl and mix 4 to 5 teaspoons of cold milk in it. Now mix this custard mixture well.

Now we will check back the macaroni to see if it is cooked well or not. After cooking, mix sugar, cashew, and almonds in it and cook while stirring. When the sugar dissolves well, the custard mixture will be added. Slowly pour the custard mixture into the pan. From the back, it will be cooked on medium flame for four to five minutes.

When the macaroni starts to appear thick and creamy, it will turn off the gas and leave it to cool down. When the macaroni cools down, you can keep it in the fridge for some time. Now we will start preparing to serve.

To serve in a bowl or ice cream glass, add a spoonful of pomegranate seeds and then add banana slices. Put cold-cold custard macaroni on top of it. Put pomegranate seeds and mango pieces on top of it. Then put the macaroni on top of it and finally garnish by adding almond pieces. Now the macaroni custard is ready and serve it.

Method

Step 5:While the macaroni is cooking, mix the custard powder. For this, put the custard powder in a bowl and mix 4 to 5 teaspoons of cold milk in it. Prepare the mixer by running it with a spoon.
Step 6:Check the macaroni from the back to see if it is cooked or not. After cooking, mix sugar, cashew nuts, almonds and cook with a spoon.
Step 7:After the sugar dissolves, add the custard mixer to it.
Step 8:When the services begin to appear thick and creamy, turn off the gas and leave it to cool.
Step 9:For this, if you want, you can keep the macaroni in the fridge for a while.
Step 10:First pour the pomegranate seeds in the ice cream glass and then the banana slices. Put cold-cold custard macaroni on top of it and then place pomegranate seeds and mango pieces.
Step 11:Now once again, we will add the macaroni. Finally, garnish it with almond pieces and some pomegranate seeds.
