MDL Recruitment 2023 Notification : Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd (MDL) has released a notification in Employment News (15-21) July 2023 for 466 Trade Apprentice Posts. These positions are available for various trades including Draftsman (Mech.), Fitter, Strac. Fitter, Electrician, Pipe Fitter, Welder (Gas & Electric) and others. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts on or before July 26, 2023.
Applicants should note that the selection for these posts will be based on the written online test scheduled in August 2023.

MDL Recruitment 2023: Educational Qualification
Group “A” (10th Pass): Candidate should have passed SSC with General Science & Mathematics for i) General / OBC / EWS / DIVYANG/ AFC, ii) SC/ST
Must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate.
Only. iii) Best in 5 subjects taken in case of pass standard,
iii) General Science & Mathematics should be part of the qualifying board curriculum & the candidate should have passed otherwise the application will be rejected.
iv) Although the eligibility criteria is SSC, candidates with higher qualifications can also apply. However, the eligibility is only on the basis of eligibility of SSC marks.
Group “B”(ITI Passed): Fitter / Electrician / ICTSM / Electronic Mechanic / Plumber / Welder / Computer Operator & Programming Assistant / Carpenter / ITI Pass from Govt./ Govt recognized Institute in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) trades.
i) Obtaining at least 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / EWS / DIVYANG / AFC,
ii) Class pass for SC/ST only. Applicants pursuing their course in semester mode should pass backlog papers of previous semesters if any & duly attested by Head of Institute.
Group “C” (8th Class Pass): 8th Class. Passed under (10 + 2) system with Science & Mathematics.
i) Obtaining at least 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / EWS / DIVYANG / AFC, ii) Class pass for SC / ST only.

Selection Process: Selection for Apprenticeship will be done in three stages-
First Stage: Online Test (Computer Based Test)
The second step is document verification & trade allotment
The third step is the medical examination.

- Download MDL Apprentice Recruitment 2023 Notification.
- Now use your USER ID and password for login.
- Start the application form with some details.
- Upload all required scanned documents, photos and signatures.
- Now pay the required fees through online mode.
- Click on submit button.
