Meteorological Department issued a yellow alert for rain in Delhi for Tuesday – Know the update of IMD

Delhi Weather Update: People have got relief from the heat due to the decrease in temperature in Delhi NCR. There are signs of reduction in humidity. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain on Tuesday.

Delhi will remain cloudy during the day, there is also a possibility of rain at some places. The Meteorological Department issued a yellow alert for rain in Delhi for Tuesday.

The IMD said that the relative humidity level in Delhi was recorded at 82 percent at 8.30 am on Monday. Earlier on Sunday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 35 degrees Celsius.

According to IMD, strong winds will blow in Delhi till August 11. The sky will remain cloudy and there may be rain with thunder. People should keep umbrellas, raincoats and other items in their bags to avoid rain.

On Tuesday, the maximum temperature of the day is predicted to be 34 degrees and the minimum temperature is predicted to be 27 degrees.

There is a forecast of decrease in temperature in Delhi NCR between 6th to 11th August.

The national capital witnessed humid weather on Monday morning with the minimum temperature settling at 26 degrees Celsius, a notch below normal. The maximum temperature settled at 34.4 degrees.
