For this, either the metro card can be recharged with the help of Paytm app, or the card can be recharged by scanning the QR code installed at the metro stations.

To recharge the user card, one can use any of the many methods like Paytm Wallet, Credit Card, Debit Card, Paytm UPI and Paytm Postpaid.
Process to recharge through Paytm app
- Open the app, click on All Services
- Click on Metro and select the service of your city.
- Now go to travel option and select smart card recharge.
- Enter metro card number and recharge amount
- Click on proceed
- Tap the card on the add value machine at the metro station
- Select Top Up to add balance
Process to recharge with QR code:
- Open Paytm app and go to Scan Any QR option
- Scan the QR code of card recharge
- As soon as you scan, you will go to the Metro Card recharge page.
