Delhi Metro Update: If you travel by Delhi Metro, then pay attention. For the next four months, passengers will be allowed to travel on single track metro from Samaypur Badli to Jahangirpuri. To complete the fourth phase of expansion of Delhi Metro’s ‘Magenta Line’, metro trains will run on the same track on the ‘Yellow Line’ between Samaypur Badli and Jahangirpuri stations for four months. Officials gave this information on Thursday. Officials said that service will be affected from 10 pm to 7 am.
Train movement b/w Samaypur Badli & Jahangir Puri on Yellow line shall be done via single line from 10 PM till end of revenue services & from start of revenue services till 7 AM w.e.f Thursday (18.4.2024) for period of 4 months for execution of Phase IV work of Magenta Line extn.

Work will continue for four months
“Metro train movement on the Yellow Line between Samaypur Badli and Jahangirpuri will be on a single track from 10 pm to 7 am,” Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said in a post on ‘X’. This order is effective for a period of four months from Thursday (18.4.2024) for the execution of this phase of work.”
There will be problems at these four stations
The Yellow Line connects Samaypur Badli in Delhi to Millennium City Centre, Gurugram in Haryana. There are a total of four stations on the Yellow Line from Samaypur Badli to Jahangirpuri (Samaypur Badli, Rohini Sector 18-19, Haiderpur Badli Mod, Jahangirpuri).
