- For this, first save the number 9650855800 in your phone.
- After this, go to the message and type Hi.

- After language selection, you will see many options.
- In which you will get the option of buy ticket, smart card toput, retrieve ticket.
- If you want to book a ticket, then choose Buy ticket.
- As soon as you click on Buy ticket, you will see the option of station selection.
- There you choose your destination.
- For example, if you book a ticket from Akshardham to AIIMS, it will cost you 40 rupees.
- After selecting the destination, you have to click on continue.
- There you will see the option of Pay with UPI and Pay with other modes.
- After this, you will see the option of review and pay and pay now on WhatsApp.
- If you want to make any changes in the ticket, you can do it by going to review.
- If you do not want to make any changes, then click on pay now and select the payment method.
