There is increased excitement in the country regarding the Lok Sabha elections. Meanwhile, the timings of Delhi Metro have been changed. DMRC has given detailed information in this regard. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has said that the timing of metro trains will be changed on the day of Lok Sabha elections in Delhi. DMRC has said that on May 25, the day of voting in Delhi, metro services on all lines of Delhi Metro will start from 4 am. Metro management has said that this has been done so that the employees deployed on duty on the voting day do not face any problem in reaching their destination.
Information has been given by Delhi Metro management that metro service will start from 4 am. Trains will run at an interval of 30 minutes on all lines till 6 am. Metro services will start normal on all lines from 6 pm. It is being told that apart from Delhi Metro, important changes have also been made in the timings of DTC buses on this day. It has been decided to run buses on about 35 routes of Delhi from 4 am on the day of voting.

Information given by DTC is that from Tikri Border to Punjabi Bagh, Azadpur to Qutubgarh, Azadpur to Auchandi Border, Loni Roundabout to Shivaji Stadium, Anand Vihar to Uttam Nagar, Mayur Vihar Phase 3 to Dhaula Kuan, Chhatarpur Metro Station to New Delhi. Bus services will start from Delhi Railway Station, Lampur Border to Azadpur, Loni Golchakkar to Shivaji Stadium, Dahisra Border to Mori Gate, Noida Sector-34 to ISBT Kashmiri Gate from 4 am.
Apart from all these routes, Jahangirpuri to Nizamuddin Railway Station, Avantika to Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Badarpur to Anand Vihar ISBT, Mehrauli to New Delhi Railway Station, Uttam Nagar to Mori Gate, Badarpur Border to Shahbad Mohammed Pur, Aya Nagar to Badarpur Border, Kapashera. DTC bus services will also start from 4 am on some other routes including Border to Mori Gate, Nanakhedi Border to Tilak Nagar.
