There is big news for those traveling by Delhi Metro Holi Timing. On the day of Holi, metro train will be closed till noon on all lines including the Airport Express line of Delhi Metro. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation i.e. DMRC gave this information. DMRC tweeted that the Metro services will not be operational till 2.30 pm on Holi festival day on 29th March.
After 2.30 pm, the Metro will start operating on all lines as before. DMRC imposes this rule every year to protect the metro from colors. Apart from this, metro feeder services will not operate till noon. After 2 pm it will go on as usual.

Delhi traffic police has made arrangements for Holi keeping in view the safety of two-wheeler riders. Special teams will be deployed at important intersections to take action against those who violate traffic rules. The traffic police has asked people to follow the rules. The police has also said not to celebrate Holi in public places. Action will be taken against those who drink alcohol.
