Eligibility Criteria for MHA Recruitment 2021
Law Officer Grade-I (Consultant) (Deputy Secretary / Director): Retired government officer of ILS / Central Government services who has retired from a conforming post or who holds a law degree on contract basis with a minimum of 5 years. Must have experience.
Law Officer Grade-11 (Advisor) (LS / SO): Retired government officer of ILS / Central Government services who retired from the same post or who holds a law degree on contract basis should have minimum 3 years experience. .
Chief Supervisor / Advisor (DS / US level): Retired government officer at ADM or DS or US level, who has experience in handling revenue / property matters. Also, candidates should have knowledge of regional language along with Hindi and English.
