Former England cricket team cricketers Michael Vaughan and Kevin Pietersen have lashed out at Cricket Australia for postponing South Africa. Both said that if Australia had to go to India instead of South Africa, it would not have done so. Cricket Australia postponed tour to South Africa citing health and safety risks amid Corona epidemic.
Vaughan and Peterson have questioned Cricket Australia’s decision via Twitter. Vaughan wrote in a tweet that Australia’s withdrawal from the tour is a matter of concern for the game. If they had visited India, could they have done this? He wrote in the tweet, ‘Big boards like Australia and England should help the cricket boards which have been hit by the epidemic. It is necessary that the three big countries help the board facing the economic repercussions of the epidemic. ‘
The Aussies pulling out of the tour of SA is a huge worry for the game … Would they have pulled out of a tour to India is the question ?? !! It’s so important in these times that the big 3 do everything they can to help out those without the financial clout … #JustSaying

Peterson said that the Australian team never cancels the tour of India. Thus canceling the tour of South Africa is a black phase in cricket. England also canceled the tour of South Africa due to the Corona epidemic, but the tour also took place after the players were positive in Sri Lanka. Describing Australia’s decision as disappointing, South Africa Cricket had said that it would incur considerable financial loss. CSA Cricket Director Graeme Smith said on Tuesday that we are deeply disappointed by Cricket Australia’s decision. We were fully preparing for this tour.
No way @CricketAus would have not played India in a Test tour.
It’s a really dark time in the world of cricket with CA cancelling their tour of @OfficialCSA. @englandcricket also pulled out of SA due to Covid issues, but players test positive in SL and tour goes on?!
