Something similar happened last evening at 7.45 pm. Where a local train going between Thane and Panvel under the Central Railway, a fierce fight broke out between some women.
Dispute over seat
According to the information, there was an altercation between three women over a seat in the women’s compartment. Meanwhile, the women clashed badly among themselves. Seeing the matter growing, some other women immediately informed the police.
After which a female policeman, who came to resolve the dispute from Nerul in this case, was injured in the assault, she is admitted to the hospital and is undergoing treatment. In this regard, the GRP police of Vashi has registered a case against 2 women under IPC 353, 332, 504 and further investigation is going on.
